b. Status report on 1973 Articles was read by the Committee .
c. Copy of the corrected 1974 Appropriation Committee was
reviewed by the Committee.
d. It was noted by the Chairman that no further information
on Article 12 had been received as of this date.
e. Article 12 changes:

Next meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 1, 1974 at Cary Hall,
