a� Acknowledgment of a letter from School Committee releasing
$300,000.
b, Don White su�gested that the Ap�ropriation Committee make
their position very clear a�ain. It is imperative that
another hald-million be taken out of the budget.
c . r�:r. Bernzer mentianed his disatisfaction regarding the
treatment of children with problems and feels that in
many cases no progress is being made. i��rs . Hagedorn stated
that no more money should be �iven until this Committee
knows exactly what it is goin�; to be spent on. __

The Chairman stated that all the requests in the Warr�.nt
would re�ult in a �ax rate of at least �78.00 or more .
The Cherry Sheet has not as yet been received. The
Recommendations of the Appropriation Committee would
perhaps result in a tax rate of �7�.00—$76.00. It is of
utmo�t importance that we recommen�. a� few expenditure�
as possible in order to kee� t�z; ta.x ��.te dc�wn, the
Chairman said.
