Articles b'7-68-69 were reviewed by Pfir. Rooney.
a) Artiele 68 - $1,�, 000 - 15 lots. Would include
Title Search - Legal Fees. Executive aecretary -

b) Article 69 - �375�000 (Bonded?) 15 units at �25,000
per unit. Would apply for half million. This the
Chairman su�;gested could possibly be postponed for

t�eviewed Articles 38 & 39 re campin� and picnic grounds.
The Chairman was told by said Committee that R. Greeley
was to speak ta Town T�iana�er on this and it is the under-
standing of the Plannin� Board that he is to present
Article� at Town P,�Teeting. Chairman Furash mentioned that
+Yiese Articles were not favored at the I�:oek Town I�ieeting.
Chairman Furash requested that the Planning Board submit
1 pa�e outlines as to what they are goin� to do as we are
wondering if there is �oing to be enou�h money here .

Some of the Articles were very briefly reviewed and a copy of
the Appropriation Commi-t�ee 's Recap was given to the Selectmen
and Town ��ianager for their review prior to Saturday' s meeting.
