Chairman Furash stated that with a projected �?9.00 tax rate,
it was imperative that some things be cut. Bondin� makes sense __,
at a time of hi�h inflation the Chairman said. T�Ir. �ilverman
said he saw no justification for bonding finances this year.
The Capital Budget is a hard place to retard he said. Chairman
rurash said that he and his Committee were just not ready to
support some of the requests put forth. Regardin� the bonding
situat_ion, the Chairman asked the Capital Expenditures Committee
to look over the situation and come back with some thouahts.
Upon motions duly made and seconded, EXECUTIVE SESSION was
voT�l� at 9:50 P.M.

Room G-15.
