Prior to an Executive Session meeting with Selectman Kenney
and Town l�;anager 0`Connell the Personnel Board was discussed
briefly. It is the hope that we will withdraw the Article
from the V�arrant, Vice Chairman N;itchell stated. Chairman
Furash asked the Committee to listen to what they had to say
before making any decision. �Irs . Hagedorn stated that she
was of the opinion that put before Town DZeeting this Boaxd
would pass. Arthur Bernier has been told by various Town
i�ieetin�; �:embers that they in fact are very mueh in favor of
the Article . Mr. Blaisdell stated that should the proposal to
_ be presented by the Selectmen be sound in structure, he would
be willing to make a compromise .

Upon motions duly made and seconded, it was VOT�:D to transfer
the amount of $9, �00 to Chapter 90 East Street, .A.rticle 31
of the Town i�:eeting of 1972•
