Discussed sweeper purchase vs. contract sweeping.
Discussed overtime and Personnel Service Budget.
Discussed telephone system.
USES: $1.05 per gallon for gas price in budget.
$1.03 " " " diesel price in budget.
Should spend $360,000 for street lights - $407,000 appropriated.
Discussed Capital Budget requests, especially Road Machinery
Equipment.

Meeting of February 24, 1986 will have:
Recreation and Conservation Commission.
Voted to accept minutes of January 21 and January 27, 1986.

Chairman distributed copies of memos to School Committee, Public Works, Police
Dept. and Fire Chief.
Discussed School budget increase of 4.8%.
Lexpress: Bill Mix, Vice Chairman and Sara Arnold joined meeting.
Requiring 6 buses in new bid proposals going out and to be returned
by Feb. 20. Have had a decrease in ridership over the years.
Human Services: Committee members including Anne Marie Marano, Stan Finklestein,
Judy Zabin.
