PRESENT: M. O'Sullivan, Richard Perry, Nyles Barnert, John Campbell, Robert
Cataldo, Guy Doran, H. Muehlmann, Mark Polebaum and Lloyd Gilson.
Following officers were elected:
Chairman: Michael O'Sullivan - nominated by, John Campbell and
seconded by Nyles Barnert - Elected unanimously.
Vice Chairman: Robert Cataldo - nominated by John Campbell and
seconded by Mark Polebaum - Elected unanimously.
Secretary: Richard Perry - nominated by Nyles Barnert and
seconded by Mark Polebaum - Elected unanimously.
M. O'Sullivan took over meeting and discussed the following:
1. Possible Special Town Meeting planned for December to consider:
(a) Acceptance of School Legislation signed by Governor.
(b) Hotel Tax Legislation acceptance.
(c) Pine Meadows golf course price.
2. Bike Path construction and future operating expenses.
The following sub-committe assignments were made:
