Capital Expenditures Committee joined meeting:
_— Present: D. McCabe, J. Ward, R. Michelson, R. Perry
Reviewed and discussed Franklin School, Article 23. Expressed concern over
the fact that $390,000 (today's appraised value) would not come over to the
Town until 30 year mortgage to Mass. Mtge. was paid off. At that time,
(30 years) Town would receive $390,000 plus 10% simple interest (not com-
pounded) for the 30 year period.
Voted to accept minutes of April 8, 1985.
