Recreation Committee reviewed two capital articles:
1. Lincoln St. - development of recreations area
2. Ballfield Lighting.
Conservation Committee, represented by David Williams, Chairman, and Charles
Wyman met with Appropriation Committee. C. Wyman reviewed operating budget
and explained request for an additional $3,000 over regular request, for
land management program. D. Williams reviewed proposal for Pine Meadows
and talked along the lines of coming back in the future for several smaller
pieces of land.

Explained continuing without Manager of Operations and combined old
duties of Water & Sewer Superintendent and "Acting" Manager of
Operations".
Overall 9.2% increase in total budget.
Biggest increase in Trash Collection Contract.
Looking at software for productivity program.
