Also present at meeting were members of Capital Expenditures Committee,
S. McCabe, J. Ward, E. Arlan, R. Michelson and R. Perry.
R. Hutchinson, Town Manager; W. Grush and D. Stusse from Assessors, and
W. Tonaszuck, Dir. of P.W./Engineering, joined meeting.
Articles in Special Town Meeting were discussed:
Art. 2 - Purchase of Pine Meadows, negotiations still going on and will be
postponed until Dec. 10, 1984.
Art. 3 - Computerization of Revaluation for Assessors - Voted unanimously.
Art. 6 - Sewers (with 50% Grant) Voted unanimously.

Discussed Article on Purchase of Golf Course. Nothing new on negotiations.
Selectman Paul Marshall joined meeting to advise that the Board of Selectmen
have voted to postpone action on this Article to February 4, 1985.
Voted approval of $424.00 Reserve Fund Transfer to Art. 67 of 1984-Hazardous
Waste Collection.
Voted approval of Committee Budget for F.Y. 1986.
