2. Inform Town Manager of agreement on budget timetable and that Appropriation
Committee appreciates receiving budget material being made available to
them as early as it has been.

per lot price.
$3,041,000 value set by owners - as per July 25, 1984 meeting.
$3,600,000 offer from Real Estate Appraisal - 140 lots (with 155 lots possible)
$3.5 offer - $100,000 up front: 1M as soon as Sub. Division approved
1M 1 year later
$1,770,000 with 5 year lease at no cost: then $2,270,000 with no lease back.
