Barnert, S. Toye. Capital Expenditures Committee-D. McCabe, E. Arlan, R. Michelson and R. Perry joined meeting. Recreation Committee Members - Lynn Wilson and Sam Nablo joined meeting to discuss reconsideration of Art. 60-Lincoln St. Study. They will have engineer at Town Meeting to discuss soil and gases that could come from old decomposed trash. Voted acceptance of minutes of April 23, 25, 30, May 2, 7, 9, 14 and 16th meetings. Approved Reserve Transfer requests as follows: #2940-Metered Mail - $2,000.00 #7825-Non-Contrib. Pension Fund - $10,000. After these transfers, balance will be $91,000. Prof. Services 31,000 " " #1775 - Law Fees 5,000 " " #1800 - Law Expenses 500 " " #2370 - Misc. Boards & Comm. Exp. 8,000 " " #4900 - D.P.W. Coll. Barg. P.S. 4,500 " " #5450 - Road Mach. Expenses Balance of Reserve Fund after above transfers is $35,000. Voted to accept minutes of May 21st meeting. Committee discussed various approaches to next year's budget proceedings.
