Cataldo, G. Doran, S. Toye, M. O'Sullivan. M. O'Sullivan reported on Art. 52, 53 and 54. Would make Article 53-Town Computer System #1 priority. Library Article 52 - #2 priority; and Telephone System #3 priority. Would recommend "Yes" on Article 53, "Yes" on #52 and "No" on #54. Should coordinate all central purchases of service, maintenance on computers. N. Barnert and R. Cataldo reported on Conservation Commission proposal for $1,850,000 (two small pieces of Golf Course, worth about $350,000 and Golf Course $1.5 million). Outright purchase and lease back for 35 to 50 years for price of taxes, $8,000 to $12,000. Plus option to add town property to lease within 10 years and develop to 18 hole course.
