G. Doran, N. Barnert, M. O'Sullivan, S. Toye, J. Campbell.
Voted to accept minutes of October 24, 1983 meeting.
Copies of Tax Rate Comparisons for past 5 years; School vs. Town Tax Rates for
same period including school population and costs per pupil data and Town
Manager's memo of explanation were distributed to all members. R. Perry
explained data and answered any questions.
Appropriation Committee joined Selectmen's meeting for overall discussion of
above information and data as well as an explanation of it by Town Manager.

Motion to accept minutes of November 7, 1983 meeting made by N. Barnert and
seconded by S. Toye. Unanimously voted.
R. Perry gave an overview of the budget summary and message that was sent out
by Town Manager.
Complete budget books will be available at next meeting on January 23, 1984,
for all members.
Discussed general strategy to be used in budgets of Town and School.
Joined Selectmen's Meeting for a complete review of the Budget as presented
by the Town Manager.
