Discussed all Articles to be in Special Town Meeting of February 14, 1983:
Art. 2 - Muzzey School Conveyance. Committee feels that Town should realize
more money from sale of property.
Art. 3 - Street layouts - Should be indefinitely postponed.
Art. 4 - Parking Ticket Computer Service - $4,500 to be requested. Committee
approves.
Art. 5 - Term of Lexpress Contract - Committee undecided, and may oppose.
Committee met with Board of Selectmen and Chairman reviewed above items.

Chairman reported on letter received from Dr. James Beck, Chairman of School
Committee re: meeting of February 28.
Reserve transfer request of $10,000 approved for Fire & Police Medical-Acct. #1125.
Discussed Muzzey proposal. Will move to amend price per unit from $6,100 to $9,100,
so that Town will receive $3,000 more per unit-for 70 units would provide $210,000
to Town.
