Police Chief Furdon and Capt. Lima joined meeting.
Capt. Lima reviewed history of parking tickets through Concord District Court.
$13,257 for persons and supplies-present cost of processing tickets.
Need $17,000 for calendar 1983.
$1.13 per ticket x 15,000 tickets = $16,950.
4-4 $4,000 for rest of this fiscal year.
.F $13,000 for next fiscal year.
CChief Furdon explained expense budget, line by line.
Department has 13 vehicles in total. (Using $1.25 per gallon for gas) .
W. Tonaszuck, E. Coscia, F. Fields and W. Empey joined meeting. Requested $172,000
for Wellington Lane and Meadowbrook Ave. in Special Town Meeting.
Discussed all capital projects recommended by Town Manager. Reviewed all expense
budgets.
VOTED AND SIGNED: Reserve transfer request of $4,000 for mosquito control in
Acct. #6050-Insect Suppression.

S. Toye explained Art. 2 of Spec. Town Meeting of Feb. 14. Conversion of Muzzey
Jr. High (see attached information) . Average selling price of $55,000 for condos
as proposed by Sydney Noyes Assoc.
Chief Bergeron & Lt. Washburn joined meeting. Discussed expense budget of Fire
Department. Reviewed need for ladder truck and estimated price of $225,000.
