PRESENT: W. Dailey, R. Perry, E. Arlan, H. Meuhlmann, B. Marshall.
D. Williams and A. Frick of Conservation Commission joined the meeting.
Voted unanimously to go into executive session to discuss possible land purchases.
N. Barnert of Capital Expenditures Committee was also present.
N. Barnert reviewed the Capital budget list of requests as prepared by the Town
Manager. His committee has not made any decisions on recommendations as yet.

Last Summer: 258 enrolled in summer courses - 50 in Computer Course.
513 Lexington adults enrolled last year in Adult Ed Program.
$391,000 proposed 1984 F.Y. Budget for Lexington.
R. Hutchinson, Jr., Town Manager, joined meeting and discussed budget guidelines.
Chairman talked along the lines of having various committees, boards, etc. , in
to discuss Capital Budget Requests between now and end of year.
Voted Appropriation Committee Budget of $925.
