PLACE: Comptroller's Office, Town Office Building.
PRESENT: W. Dailey, R. Cataldo, R. Perry, P. Hall, J. Campbell, S. Toye,
G. Silverman.
Meeting joined by F. Rosenberg and Sara Arnold of Transportation Advisory
Committee. Submitted report on operation since start of Lexpress and projected
budget for F.Y. 83. Hope to institute "chair car" service next September
within budget request of $176,000.
Discussed P. W. Equipment Article re: $132,000 amount approved by this
Committee, also CMARC Article of $5,000 and request of L.H.A. for $7,500
Legal Fees. Will probe further on all three before making decision.
Reviewed areas to be discussed further before Town Meeting. Chairman to
talk to Recreation and Conservation Committee Chairmen and will hopefully
develop information on L.H.A. and Citizen Articles. Secretary to set up
meetings with Town Manager on Article 5 and P. W. Director on equipment
purchases.
