Frank Michelman gave overview of budget and looking at request of Board of
Selectmen to cut $160,000.
G. Pierson - Major increases are:
Fuel & Utility up $ 130,000
Special Needs up 230,000
Staff increments 140,000
Contract Negotiations 1,000,000
$1,500,000
Cuts in Personnel - 30 Staff and 4 Non-Classified to be deleted in '83.
Per Pupil cost up about 10% for next year from approximately $3,000 to $3,300.
