PRESENT: G. Silverman, R. Perry, G. Wadsworth, R. Cataldo, J. Campbell,
P. Hall, M. Kutchin, W. Dailey, B. Marchall.
Election of officers was the first order of business and resulted
in the following being elected:
George P. Wadsworth - Chairman
John R. Campbell - Vice Chairman
i7Richard M. Perry - Secretary (Ex-officio member
non voting)
Bill for membership in Association of Town Finance Committees for
$150. 00 was approved for payment.
Chairman Wadsworth to speak to TMMA Chairman regarding overlapping
of their sub-committee investigative work with various town depart-
ments vs. this committee' s similar probing.
Discussed manner in which former Chairman Donald B. White and former
member Martin Gilman would be recognized for their service to the
Town - Appropriation Committee.
