P Hamburger, S Spector, K Dooks, A Levine, R Pawliczek, R Eurich, J Ryan
Also present: K. Tiffany, R. McNeil, C Hornig, L Bachi
• Discussion of the motion for Lincoln Park. K Tiffany expressed problems with
the plan. An extension of the process in order to effect changes in perception of
the plan. K Tiffany felt that the plan would have an impact on the fitness path as
well as drainage. Request that the BOS form a committee to report back in four
weeks at which time the BOS could act in whatever way they felt appropriate.
• Discussion of additional cost to be incurred.
• L Bachi discussed her concerns over the drainage issue. The Conservation
Commission has very limited jurisdiction over the project. More concerned with
downstream drainage issues.
• C Hornig of CEC stated that it was not responsible for the scope of the project to
be delegated to the BOS.
• Strong sentiment that the project needs to be completed due to the fall sports
season rapidly approaching and the removal of the Harrington fields from service
due to the building of a new Harrington School on those fields.
