• Discussion and editing of the Supplemental Report to Town Meeting based on the
cuts proposed by the BOS and SC.
• Discussion that the Capital Policy needs to be evaluated prior to the discussion of
the preparation of the Fiscal 2004 budget.
• MOTION; Support the debt exclusion for the two elementary schools. 7Y, 1N, lA
• Tony Galaitsis asked P Hamburger if there might be anyone from the AC who
would be willing to discuss the financial issues surrounding the impact of C. 40B.
