• General discussion of Article 3(STM) Lincoln Park Field Improvements. AC will
amend the Article to require the Recreation Committee to commit$100,000 per
year towards the debt service. BOS supports a$75,000 commitment. Three AC
members support thre$75,000 (R Pawliczek, D Brown and A Levine)
• MOTION to support a transfer of$100,000 per year from the Recreation Fund to
be applied against the debt service. 8 Y, 1 N(R Pawliczek)
• Straw vote assuming that the $100,00 amendment fails. 5 Y, 4 N (P Hamburger, R
Eurich, E Michelson, A Nedzel)
• General discussion of the center traffic lights. Bid was $150,000 therefore
temporary borrowing will be increased by$30,000.
• General discussion of PAYT
• R Neumeier, Recreation Committee, discussed Lincoln Park Fields.
