• Motion: Approve minutes of November 8, 2001 as amended. Unanimous
• Motion: Approve minutes of December 6, 2001 as amended. Unanimous
• Motion: Approve minutes of January 3, 2002 as amended. Unanimous
• Motion: Approve minutes of January 17, 2002 as amended. Unanimous
• Motion: Approve minutes of October 25, 2001 as amended. Unanimous
• AC will prepare one report for both the Special and Annual Town Meeting. Last
years format will be replicated. AC will attempt to introduce charts into this years
report.
• AC followed the Report Work Outline for Introduction and Appendices as
prepared by P Hamburger dated January 31, 2002(attached).
• AC will reduce focus on PAYT and not make an issue on the revenue neutrality
• General discussion of the Introduction items on P Hamburger outline
• General discussion of the Appendices
• AC will add a section on the possible impacts of the current recession
• E Michelson discussed the MMRVHS Fiscal 2003 Assessment. There will be a
supplemental request made for Fiscal 2002 at the Annual town Meeting of
approximately$33,000
• AC still awaiting information from the SC on the proposed elementary school
project.
