Present: P Lapointe, C Abbott, P Hamburger, S Coit, A Levine, C Welch, R Pawliczek,
E Michelin, J Ryan
• General discussion of the last meeting
• Discussed governance of this committee and a possible merge with the CEC
• Need to have work delegated and accepted except where major decisions need to be
made
• Delegate to CEC their responsibilities and the AC will deal strictly with financial
issues
• Assignments: R Pawliczek(Schools), E Michelin(DPW), A Levine (Enterprise
Funds and PILOTS), C Abbott (Public Safety), P Lapointe (Sp Ed)
• Gang of 8 meetings scheduled for 12/17, 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28 @ 7:45 in BOS

• Discussion of slate of officers
• MOTION: P Hamburger, Chairman, Cathy Abbott , Vice-Chair UNANIMOUS
• MOTION: J Ryan, Ex- Officio,Non-Voting Member, Secretary, UNANIMOUS
• Discussed the need to find a replacement for D Rudner- P Lapointe will contact M

• AC should relate any ideas it may have for budgetary cuts to the BOS and SC
• General discussion of the budget reviews attended by AC members
• Discussed the 1,2 and 5 year projections being utilized by the Town Manager
• Next meetings scheduled for January 14th and 28th at 7:30 p.m. in Comptroller's
Office
