Absent: M Mairson, L Peck
* Joint meeting with the Capital Expenditures Committee at Estabrook Hall
* P Lapointe opened the meeting
* P Hamburger discussed the report he had prepared showing proposed capital costs at
various levels
* General discussion of capital needs of the town followed
* AC meeting followed the joint meeting
* P Lapointe attended meeting on March 1, 1995 with BOS and SC
* Sense is that there will be no solution and agreement between the BOS and SC prior to
the beginning of town meeting and perhaps the money articles will be postponed until the
BOS and SC come to some agreement
* General discussion of the AC Saturday meeting
* Next meeting scheduled for March 9, 1995 at 7:30 pm in the Comptroller's Office
* Motion to adjourn
