* M. O'Sullivan introduced two new members - Diana MacLean and Alan Lazarus.
* Discussion regarding meeting to be held with Selectmen. Capital and Pine Meadows
Ad Hoc Committee later in the evening.
* Discussion of Reserve Fund Transfer:

* There not being a quorum, Chrmn. O'Sullivan to call and poll other members for
approval.
* Discussed the "unforeseen" nature of the S2.000 transfer for a surge protector.
* Committee adjourned to Selectmen's Room.
* M. Rawls of Pine Meadows Committee made a presentation of the Committee's
findings.
* Meeting went into Executive Session.
* June 30th, M. O'Sullivan signed approval of all transfers before Committee having
polled members.
