A Meeting called to Order by M. O'Sullivan and immediately recessed
' Meeting called to Order by J. Ryan for the acceptance of nomination
of Officers
' M. O'Sullivan nominated as Chairman, seconded and voted unanimously
A R. Ferry nominated as Vice Chairman, seconded and voted unanimously
A J. Ryan nominated as Secretary, seconded and voted unanimously
A Meeting recalled to Order by Chairman O' Sullivan
A Chairman welcomed two new members, Wilma Ponca and Marilyn Mairson
A Tentatively scheduled meeting in December
A Fiscal 1989 to be difficult year, particularly in School Dept.
A Chairman O' Sullivan and committee discussed the possibility of a
management audit being conducted of the school budget along with the
rest of the Town
A Reservations expressed over whether Selectmen would want to go
forward with audit or if new Manager should be placed in the middle
of the issue at this time
A Chairman O' Sullivan would like to have new Manager meet with
committee to discuss recent history
A A.D. Little would conduct audit in the area of $20 to $25K or have
citizen committee review, which could present a problem due to time
required to audit properly
A Deadline would be prior to ' 88 Town Meeting
' Janet Perry is still the Committee' s choice to serve in PAB if an
opening should occur - unanimous vote
