To either or the Constables of.. the Town of Lexington ,gton , in said
County , Greet4ng :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachnsetts you are
directed to notify the i' he_bitants of the Town of Lexington ,
qualifiedto vote in elections ono in town affairs to meet in
the
CARY MEMORIAL BUILDING , in said. Lexington on Monday , the
seventh day of January , 1929 , at seven thirty P . M .
Art . 1 . To receive ti- e report of any Boar' of To •;n 0f' risers
or of any Committee of the Town , and to annoint other Committees .
Art . 2 . To receive the report of the Committee authorized by
Town March 12 , 1928 , to study its fire Paid water denartments
acoof which report is mailed ��aith t1 � i s warrant and to see if
the Townn will apnrove any or all the recommendations contained
in such a resort .
Art . 3 . To see i" the To,. will authorize the Selectmen to sell
and convey a portion of the len'? conveyed to the Town by dend of
George I" . Snauld inr; , dateo April 7 , 1906 andrecorded with Middlesex
South District Registry of Deeds , i3ook 3243• , psge 385 , adjoining
the premises of Lillian G . & Lois M . Marshall , orto exchange
the same for other land of eith'- r of the said Marshalls , or
purchase such other lan'y or .-bandon , convey or release any
easement in land of the said Mnrshalls , or either of them , or take
. - any action it relatinn thereto .
Fere () ; fail not , and mare due return of this Tarrant , with
your doings thereon , to the Town Clerk , on or before the time of
said meeting .

I have notified the tnhabi. tants of Lexington by posting printed_
conies of the foregoing warrant in the Post Office , in the Town
Office Building , and in six other public places in the town , and by
mailing a nrinted copy of the same to every registered voter in
the town seven days before the time of said meeting .
