PRESENT: W. Dailey, R. Cataldo, R. Perry, E. Arlan, J. Campbell,
H. Hall, G. Silverman, S. Toye, G. Wadsworth.
OBSERVER: Al Zabin of TMMA.
David Williams, Chairman of Conservation Committee joined meeting.
Mr. Williams has spoken to several owners of land re: Town Acquisition.
All deals very much in early stages.
Conservation Committee may talk about $1 million future bond issue.
There are approximately 1, 000 acres of undeveloped land in town.
Mr. Willard Grush of the Board of Assessors joined the meeting. An
overview of classification of property was given.
