Silverman J. Campbell, W. Dailey. OBSERVER: M. Williamson of the Lexington Independent. P. Hall commented on Police & Fire Expense Budgets and recommended adoption. Reviewed complete list of expense budgets on revised list of February 5, 1981 and Personal Service Budgets. Moved and seconded, voted unanimously that "Lexpress is not considered an essential Town Service". Discussed letter to be written to Board of Selectmen regarding $357,000 "short-fall" of revenue.
