Members Present:

Mary Dutton; Cerise Jalelian; Gresh Lattimore; Sondra Lucente; Samita
Mandelia; Lorain Marquis; Julie Miller; Bil Mix; Geetha Padaki; Rita Panda-
ki; Sandy Podgorski; Sue Stering.
Members Absent: Glen Bassett; Steve Cole; Wei Ding; Aneesha Karody;
Wayne Miller; John Wu; Sam Zales.
Guests: Doug Lucente (Select Board liaison).
Business:
Chair Baer commenced the meeting at 7:05 pm and read the Town notice
regarding the conduct of public virtual town meetings.
Minutes Approved by Committee: for May 19 and May 26.
Memorial Day Video: Thanks especially to Steve Cole.
Election of Officers: The following members were unanimously elected to
their respective positions- Geetha Padaki - Chair; Gresh Lattimore - Secre-
tary; Rita Pandaki - Treasurer; Sandy Podgorski - Publicity.
Ethics Course: all members reminded that completion of this course is re-
quired every two years, with confirming certificate sent to the Town Office.
Sub-Committee Members are reminded that annual approval of their sta-
tus is required. (Sam Doran is resigning from his MLI Day seat.
Warm Thanks were expressed for all the hard work departing Chair, June
Baer, during the past unprecedented year.
