Registry of Deeds and evidence of the recording
uploaded to the ViewPoint Cloud record?
2. Has the appeal period expired? (10 business days
from issuance date)
3. Is the DEP & Local CNOI # sign displayed
appropriately and visible from the street?
4. Are the wetland flags present in the field?
5. Is the erosion control installed correctly?
6. Is the limit of work clearly marked with fencing,
stakes, flags and/or erosion control, as approved?
7. Has the signed statement by the general contractor
confirming they have received, read, and
understand the OOC and agree to comply with the
OOC been provided?
8. Has the name and contact information of the
contractor or person(s) responsible for on-site
compliance with the OOC been provided?
9. Has a construction schedule been provided?
10. Have access, stockpile, and stump disposal areas
been identified?
11. Will construction vehicles/equipment be parked
outside the buffer zone?
