Administrative Assistant: Gina Federico Absent: David Horton Other Attendees: David Kanter; Vice-Chair, Capital Expenditures Committee liaison to the CPC Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2021 Needs Assessment Report, copies of which had been made available on-line. She noted that a public hearing is required by Section 5(b)(1) of the Community Preservation Act to determine "the needs, possibilities and resources of the city or town regarding community preservation possibilities and resources, notice of which shall be posted publicly and published for each of two weeks preceding a hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the city or town." Ms. Fenollosa stated that the public hearing had been advertised in the Lexington Minuteman on December 2 and December 9 and on the Town's "Link to Lexington" email service on December 10. There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comments, the public hearing was subsequently closed. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion for the report to be accepted and placed on the CPC website. The motion was made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. Other business -There being no further business of the Committee, a motion to adjourn was duly made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote. The public hearing was adjourned at 7:12 PM.
