General Notes:
Filing Location: Town of Lexington Office of Land Use, Health and Development,
Building Division Office, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Ground Floor, Tel: 781-698-4534.
Filing Deadline: 12 PM on Application Deadline. Early submittals encouraged. A pre-
filing meeting with the Zoning Administrator is recommended. Tel: 781-698-4515.
Meeting Location: Select Board’s Meeting Room, 3rd floor Town Office Building, 1625
Massachusetts Avenue, unless otherwise specified. Meetings start at 7:00PM.
Meetings are usually scheduled for the meeting date closest to the application deadline.
However, depending on the completeness, accuracy, and or complexity of an
application, a hearing may be scheduled for later meeting dates.
A complete application is required for submittal to the Board. Supplemental information
should be supplied to the Board no later than the Thursday before the meeting.
Applications will be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals within the required
statutory timeframes.
