HomeMy WebLinkAboutRemote Particpation NOI Abutter Notice.2022Date, 2022 (Address, Lexington, MA) ABUTTER NOTIFICATION TOWN OF LEXINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Zoom, an online meeting platform, on Day, Date, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of the Mass. Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L.Ch.131, s. 40) and the Wetland Protection Code of the Town of Lexington (Ch.130). During this hearing, the Commission will review a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Applicant for the Proposed Project Description within the list out all applicable wetland resource areas, including the 100-foot Buffer Zone, at Project Address, Assessor’s Property Map ?, Lot ? in Lexington, MA and owned by name of property owner if different than applicant. The NOI and plans are available for viewing through Lexington’s online permitting system, ViewPoint Cloud, Permit No. CNOI-##-#### (Go to https://lexingtonma.viewpointcloud.com and search by Permit #). Directions on how to access the virtual public hearing are available on the Conservation Commission Agenda posted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting at https://www.lexingtonma.gov/calendar-by-event-type/16. If this hearing is not closed, it will be continued to a date requested by the applicant without further abutter notification. On June 16, 2021, Governor Baker signed into law An Act Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted during the State of Emergency. This Act includes an extension, until April 1, 2022, of the remote meeting provisions of his March 12, 2020, Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law.
