Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee's remote meeting to order at 7:07 P.M., with
all members reporting as present by a roll call (separately for Mr. Smith), and this
Committee joined the Summit.

Adjourn: A Motion was Made and Seconded at 8:43 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 5-0
