SUMMARY
SUGGESTED MOTION:
Move that the Select Board go into Executive Session under Exemption 6:Potential Land Acquisition. Further,
as Chair, I declare that an open meeting discussion may ha�e a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of
the Town. The Select Board will not return to Open Session and will adjourn the both the Executive Session
and Select Board meeting at the end of the Executive Session.
