Location: Hudson Room, Cary Hall - 1605 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington MA
In addition, committee members and members of the public were able to view and participate
in the meeting online.

MINUTES APPROVAL (July 1, 2021) - Minutes approved unanimously, as motioned by Mark
and seconded by Les.
PUBLIC COMMENTS (5 min.) - none
OLD BUSINESS
1. COMMUNITY INPUT (40 min.)
a. Proponent Proposal (15 min.)- getting more detail about identified uses
i. Review of document - unanimously approved with changes, as motioned
by Mark, and seconded by Anne (Cristina abstained). Deadline for
submissions was changed to August 13.
ii. Identification of how document is used - not discussed
iii. Rentable space (see attachments)
b. Forum (10 min.) - providing updates, and soliciting more detail about potential uses
i. Review of plans, and needs - We changed the date to August 19 (10am
and 7pm). This will happen via an online webinar.
C. Individual meetings (10 min.) - outreach to community organizations and their
membership who intersect with potential uses
i. Identify groups to meet with - members to send Cristina anyone we
should be emailing directly who might not be on our list
ii. Assign committee members to groups - Mark, Jeff, Meg, Melinda, Jaclyn,
Paul, and Les volunteered
iii. Introduction - consistency in our narrative

d. SBFRC meetings (5 min.) - solicited town input
i. Identifying individuals to attend meetings to answer questions, fill in gaps
