Call to Order: Mr. Lamb called this Committee's remote meeting to order at 7:03 P.M., with
all members reporting as present by a roll call, and this Committee joined the Summit.

Adjourn: A Motion was made and seconded at 8:45 P.M. to adjourn. Roll-Call Vote: 5-0
