1.Meeting called to order at 9 AM.
2.Discussion touched on management of CC. If there is a CC Director, how will that person relate
to Recreation, Human Services, Youth Services groups, as well as to the general public? To
whom will CC Director report in the town for organizational issues.
3.Further discussion and revision of Use Policy Draft.
4.Further discussion and revision of Children in LexCC policy draft. Benefits of a central
registration card for all school age children, linking the schools, libarary, and LexCC was
expressed.
5.Discussion of invitation of Harwich Community Center director to a full ahCCAC meeting was
discussed. It was felt we should not vote on Use and Children’s policies until this meeting,
tentatively set for January 16. Florence will draw up some questions for this meeting.
6. Meeting adjourned at 11:00 AM.
