Community Farming Committee
Meeting Minutes
December 17, 2015
A meeting of the Community Farming Committee (CFC) was held on December 17,
2015 in the Public Works Building. In attendance were: Chairman Michael Bliss,
members Alan Wrigley, Raul Marques, Tom Olivier and Charles Lamb.
Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM by Chairman Michael Bliss.
First order of business was a discussion about how to move forward with the
Conservation Restriction. We agreed on our final suggested changes to the proposed
conservation restriction to be voted at our next meeting.
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the minutes of the
November meeting.
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the minutes of the August
meeting.
It should be noted that the committee did not meet in October.
We discussed having a liaison with the Lex Farm board.
The possibility of the farm using fields off Waltham Street was discussed. We will ask
the Farm representatives at the next meeting.
At 8:50 PM Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to adjourn.
