Absent: Norman Cohen Administrative Assistant: Elizabeth Lane Other Attendees: David Kanter, Vice-Chair, Capital Expenditures Committee 1)Public Informational Hearing on the CPC Needs Assessment Report- The informational hearing was called to order at 7:01 PM. Several members of the public expressed confusion about the purpose of the hearing. They expected the hearing to cover discussion of FY17 CPA project applications. Ms. Fenollosa clarified the purpose of the hearing and read the posting that was listed in the \[ĻǣźƓŭƷƚƓ aźƓǒƷĻƒğƓ for two consecutive weeks per the CPA statute. At the request of the public and several members of the Committee, Ms. Fenollosa reviewed the FY17 project list and provided a brief summary of each project. Ms. Fenollosa closed the public hearing at 7:20 PM. No public comments regarding the Needs Assessment Report were received. The Committee attended to the following matters as part of their public meeting: 2)Approval of Minutes- Mr. Kanter offered two revisions to the minutes from the December 10, 2015 Community Preservation Committee meeting. After a motion duly made and seconded, the Committee voted to approve the minutes as revised, 8-0. 3)Project Updates/Member Concerns- Ms. Fenollosa provided several updates on current FY17 projects and Mr. McSweeney commended Ms. Fenollosa for successfully leading the Committee through another round of project applications.
