Discussionof5«º«¸§´¹ȟBreakfastheldonSaturday,October31,2015
The number of attendees at the breakfast is estimated to be between 165 and 175. Twenty-five door prizes were
given out. Committee members received many favorable comments about the breakfast in general.
Linda Dixon proposed submitting to the Lexington Minuteman a letter thanking the Rotary and all the vendors
who donated door prizes.
Several suggestions were made to improve the breakfast next year, including:
Asking Neillio’s to deliver the food 15 minutes later
Inviting the President of the Rotary Club to one of the TCC meetings before the Veterans’ Breakfast so
they understand the agenda of the program. The concern is to make sure that the Rotary volunteers do
not start serving the food until after the program has started and the appropriate point for serving the
food has been reached.
TCC members should help to get the guests seated when the program is ready to start.
