MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 8:15 AM

2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
A. Tenant Board Member
Brian Monahan, a Federal Public Housing Scattered Site resident, was in
attendance today to discuss his background, qualifications and interest. He was
not able to attend the July 8, 2021 Special Board Meeting as he had a medical
emergency. Brian introduced himself to the Board and discussed his interest and
qualifications.
After an extensive Board discussion, the Board decided to recommend both Brian
Monahan and Maureen Rynn to the Select Board to make their appointment. The
Board feels they are both qualified applicants and would prefer the Select Board
to make the final decision.
Upon a motion by Melinda Walker and seconded by Weidong Wang, the Board
voted to recommend both Brian Monahan and Maureen Rynn to the Select Board
for their Tenant Board Member recommendation. The roll call vote was as
follows:
