BOARD OF REGISTRARS
November 3, 2020
The meeting of the Board of Registrars was called to order at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, November
3, 2020, the meeting or"work session"was held in person in the Town Clerk's Office, 1625
Massachusetts Avenue.
Present: Registrars, Gordon Jones, Chair, Judy Moore, Mark Vitunic, Town Clerk, Nathalie
Rice. Town Clerk staff worked in the Office while the Registrars tallied results.
Hand Count Tallying of Overseas/Military ballots,Absentee and Mail-in voted ballots:
The Board of Registrars worked in support of the Clerk's Office staff on Election night,
tallying hand count ballots and double checking results. Mr. Jones reported the results of
the Election to the AP at the end of the night.
The working meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
