Susan Rockwell, Chair of the 300"'Anniversary Celebration Committee, will be at your meeting
to present the proposed design of the clock and time capsule.

East Bay Clock Company agrees to build,test and deliver one (1)custom built three
faced Centennial Clock for your project.
This clock will be custom built. These clocks will be 1/4 inch high grade aluminum
housings with 30 inch diameter round faces. Purchasers will approve final design. The
specifications for these clocks are as follows:
One-piece construction,pre-wired and tested. These clocks will be fabricated of high
quality aluminum to provide for lighter weight, corrosion resistance and extreme long
life.
The clock will be built with weather resistant hands and movements. This clock will be
built to withstand wind, weather and dust.
The clock will be equipped with a micro-processor that will automatically control the
clock and reset it in the event of a power failure. The controller will also make changes
in time if Day Light Savings Time changes are applicable. The clock will also be
equipped with a GPS Receiver to maintain correct time. The controller, movement and
GPS device are Swiss made.
The clock will have black numerals and hands.
The clock dials will be lighted and numbered with"LEMNGTON300"'numerals.
The dial lights will be controlled by a timer to provide dust to dawn lighting.
Clock hands will be black aluminum and balanced.
The basic specifications are.
• Clock height approximately 12 feet tall.

• Power supply, 120 VAC, 1 phase, 60 cycle, less than 3 amperes
• Heavy mounting pads provided,with hardware
PRICE: $24,650.00
TERMS: 50% at time of order,balance prior to shipping
FREIGHT: Freight included
DELIVERY: Ten to twelve weeks from receipt of deposit
WARRANTY: Three years parts and labor
