September 29 Meeting Minutes
1. The minutes of the meeting of August 26 were unanimously approved as
submitted (Boudett move, Enders second)
2. The summary of design criteria drawn from prior meeting resolutions were
unanimously approved (Brandin move, Boudett second)
3. Groundview presented new analysis of the site's circulation using
pedestrian /cyclist vs vehicle counts and direction observed during a two -
hour early afternoon period midweek.
4. Groundview presented 7 alternative design approaches to the spaces
between the buildings and the Mass Ave public space, and 3 design
approaches to the transportation node and pedestrian vehicular passage.
