The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Nicholas Santosuosso at 8:30 A.M.

2.EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
A.Approve Change Order #2 for Greeley Village ADA New Unit Project
Due to an error in the contract documents, 5” additional truss insulation is
required to fill the truss cavity. Change Order #2 in the amount of $11,302.50
from Construction Dynamics is recommended with no change in contract time.
Upon motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Leo P. McSweeney, the Board
voted to approve Change Order #2 in the amount of $11,302.50 to Construction
Dynamics for additional insulation. The roll call vote was as follows:
