Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of November 18, 2015
Upon motion by Leo P. McSweeney and seconded by Robert D. Peters, the Board
voted to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 18, 2015, all
members having received copies. The roll call vote was as follows:

Upon motion by Robert D. Peters and seconded by Weidong Wang, the Board voted
to accept the Bills and Checks as presented for November 2015. The roll call vote

5.EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
A.LHA and Parker Financials
The Board reviewed both Financials.
B.Formal Board Resolution to change January meeting place to Greeley Village
It was suggested to wait until April to hold the Board meeting at Greeley.
C.Project updates
Vynebrooke HILAPP: The awnings have been installed. The project is complete.
Greeley Door Project: The architect is scheduled for a site visit on Friday.
The Greeley Village ADA 4 Unit Project is 65% complete.
Federal: The door replacement project has started at the Scattered Sites. The
bathroom replacement project will begin after the holidays.
Formula Funding: Projects for shower replacements at Hill & Tewksbury Street
and exterior repairs at 45 Forest Street are in the beginning stages.
D.CPA Update
Caileen modified the total of the original CPA application. The total project cost
is now $351,000.00 for the Greeley Village back door and porch replacement
project. The CPA requested amount was reduced to $263,250.00. A straw vote

was taken after her presentation and it was unanimously accepted. Caileen will
now have to go before the Capital Expenditure Committee and Town Meeting.
E.FY 18 Formula Funding Award
DHCD has awarded $213,927.00 for FY18.
6.UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Caileen spoke to Carol Kowalski, Assistant Town Manager for Development,
regarding the vacant space at Muzzy School. The town would like that space to be
used for elderly housing.
7.NEW BUSINESS
Lex Eat Together offers a free weekly dinner on Wednesdays at the Church of Our
Redeemer. The flyers are posted at all villages.
